Lose Weight In Three Days

Day 1:

Day 2:

Breakfast: Coffee or tea without sugar or a substitute sweetener. A boiled or poached egg, a slice of dry toast and half a banana.

Lunch: 8 saltine crackers with a choice of a cup of cottage cheese or a cup of tuna. Tea or coffee without sugar.

Dinner: Half a cup of carrots, a cup of cabbage and 2 hotdog sausages without the buns. 1/2 banana & 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream. Water to drink

Day 3:

Breakfast: Black coffee or tea without sugar or a substitute sweetener. An ounce of cheese, an apple and 5 salt crackers.

Lunch: Black coffee or tea without sugar or a substitute sweetener. One boiled egg and slice of dry toast.

Supper: Drink water. One cup of tuna in spring water, a cup of carrots and a cup of cauliflower. Half a cup of vanilla ice cream and half a melon for pudding.

When following the diet plan that we listed above, be sure to drink plenty of water during the day. water is the body’s main constituent, which makes it easy to understand why we need a lot of it for proper bodily functions. Four glasses is the minimum amount of water that should be drunk daily. Water is excellent at flushing toxins from the body. To keep the human body sufficiently free of toxins, one needs to drink plenty of water.

It isn’t a good idea to continue this diet longer than three days at a time. After following this program for three days, switch back to normal eating for four to five days, then this 3-day program can be followed again. The same menu should be followed for the next round of this weight loss program, instead of changing food combinations. The low amount of calories that are consumed is how this diet is able to produce such great results.

The low caloric intake during this 3-day weight loss program is why this diet causes weight loss. It will help you to lose a little weight quickly, but shouldn’t be used to lose a lot.
