very good advice, thank you so much.

  • cantcook4myself:

how is baked fish raw food?

  • letsgetraw:

    @PruneSucree
First of all, legumes (beans and lentils) are not vegetables. These foods have proteins that are very hard for us to digest (hince the gas we get when eating them). You can sprout beans, peas, and lentils, but DO NOT EAT THEM RAW!!! If something is making you throw up, by all means don’t eat it. I’ll send more in a PM.

The video shows one how to TRANSITION, which doesn’t mean that you’ll be 100% raw from the start.

I just think a certain amount of meat in someone’s diet is good for you.

Yes, I’m not sure how good they’d taste though. I’ve seen the Boutenko kids make a dish using raw potatoes. I think I’d rather slice them extremely thin and dehydrate them till crisp and make potato chips.

These are still images I found online. Honestly, to get the best results when blending and juicing or making pates and dressings, you’re going to need a high powered blender.

@letsgetraw Thanks for your imput. dehydrating them sounds great. I like raw potatos. I haven’t eaten alot at once though. I am not raw yet. I am trying though. Your videos are great . Thanks.

just what i was looking for!! Nice video, very informative.

I bought Montel Williams power blender on-line and have had great results. It’s very powerful and a little noisy, bu if you don’t mind the texture of raw food being gritty its great. You just add water to cover your fruit/veg and blend…yummm..

the smoothies look good but i am not sure i could really do the raw food diet in the end…i am so used to cooked food!

  • comfykittydesigns:

My oncologist doesnt know if raw/vegan is good or not. He said, “whatever, it’s your lifestyle!” so, what then??? im on chemo. I guess I do whatever I want. LOL

  • vtothefourth:

I lost 20 lbs in one month for just eating raw. And I ate A LOT!

  • 2007OD:

  • comfykittydesigns:

@theamazingplant2 yes, I was raw and/or vegan for years. I was just saying my doctor doesnt know what’s good because they are not educated so well on real nutrition.

  • carlasidhom:

I’ve honestly tried this diet for 3 weeks and i couldn’t go any further. While my body felt lighter, i was constantly hungry and soon enough i couldn’t stand carrots and bellpeppers anymore.
I started feeling sluggish and dull-witted. I went to my medic and when i’ve told him that i’ve been eating only raw veggies and boiled fish for the past 3 weeks he asked, “are you crazy?”
Then he balanced my diet according to my biorythm and i’ne never felt better
