    I am a stay at home mom to 2 small children. I do most of the cooking and desperately need a diet plan. I need to loose at least 40 pounds and my husband needs to loose a little more. I am a complete idiot when it comes to dieting. What are to best plans when cooking for a family. My children are not picky but when it comes to dieting my husband is. We are also on a budget so we can’t buy the expensive diet plans. Is there a free website that comes with recipes? Are there any safe over the counter diet pills or detox pills that actually work?
    I cannot afford a gym membership but I do have a gazelle but i don’t know how often or for how long at a time to use it.
