Help with a detox diet and vegetariansim?
Ok, I want to buckle down and do something for my health. I don’t want to start off extreme. I am going to do Don Colbert’s plan in his book Get Healthy.
You start with 21 days of healthy vegetarian (vegan I think) eating; followed by a 7 day juice fast.
My question is, is it healthy to go completely vegetarian? I want to be sure to get my protein, you know? I understand many people do it and yes it’s only 21 days (but what after that?). I don’t feel the comfortable completely eliminating meat from my diet.
